Abstract

In today's world, political behavior is inevitable, the lack of resources and the increase in population has increased political conflicts, so the role of political leaders as a precise of the interests of the countries is more precisely. Political leaders as a representative of countries, groups, and political stream play a key role in resolving conflicts, political leaders are trying to resolve the conflicts and the success of the policy of politics, while these resources alone are not enough to succeed in the policy of politics, because all the parties involved in political conflicts have the benefits that are trying to keep it. Has the political skills of leaders like political intelligence, play a decisive role in resolving conflict The purpose of political intelligence is the ability to identify and manage their power bases and to direct political interests and political intelligence means the political intelligence of the awareness of the general affairs, the policy of community awareness and the ability to manage the reactions to the general affairs, in fact, leaders who have higher political intelligence, have politically an opportunity to benefit from interest, and in the practical possibility of a decision to take part in many times to achieve the goal, they act in a better reduction in personal and collective conflict and Hallo effect to influence the personal and collective benefits and in The creation of network and political coalition , They will behave more effectively . This research is a review that, using the cognitive science theory and the use of content analysis method, examines the components and functions of political intelligence in Political conflict analysis, the research results indicate that political intelligence with tacit is on components such as social games, political character, conquering emotions and dynamics of power, the ability to evaluate and root political conflicts well, and as a conceptual framework, it increases the possibility of political assessment
