A Perspective on the Formation of Party and Organization in the Political Theology of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli; Based on Skinner's Method

The article examines the relationship between Islam and partisanship in the political discourse of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, focusing on the question of whether partisanship is acceptable within the Islamic framework and how it can be reconciled with the principles of the Quran, ethics, and the system of guardianship of the jurist. The main goal is to extract Javadi Amoli's theoretical foundations on partisanship and analyze its feasibility in the Islamic system. (Objective) The present study, using the method of conceptual analysis, (Method) and based on Skinner's hermeneutics, has analyzed Javadi Amoli's written works and speeches in the fields of politics, ethics, and social jurisprudence. Javadi Amoli does not view partisanship as something inherently desirable or reprehensible, but rather as a tool conditioned on observing moral principles, the unity of the nation, and obedience to divine guardianship. From his perspective, partisanship is legitimate if it serves justice, religious rationality, and the interests of the Islamic nation. partisanship should not lead to division, prejudice, or confrontation with the religious political system. He emphasizes the necessity of partisan education based on Quranic teachings and practical reason. (Findings) In Javadi Amoli's thought, partisanship, if accompanied by Islamic and moral standards, can help strengthen political participation, collective rationality, and the realization of social justice. This view provides a basis for rethinking the relationship between religion and modern political institutions within the framework of Islamic discourse. (Conclusion)
