چکیده

 در این مقاله هوش سیاسی، ابعاد و کارکرد‌ها‌ی آن در سازمان مطالعه می‌گردد. ازآنجاکه رفتار سیاسی در سازمان‌ها‌ی امروزی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است، لذا آشنایی با هوش سیاسی به هدایت رفتار سیاسی کمک شایانی می‌کند. انسان‌ها‌ی هوشمند بهتر از دیگران می‌توانند راه خود را در موقعیت‌ها‌ی پیچیده پیدا کنند. انسان‌ها‌ تنها با بهره‌‌‌‌مندی از هوش عقلایی و هیجانی نمی‌توانند به موفقیت دست یابند بلکه نیازمند مهارت‌ها‌ی مهم اجتماعی دیگری هم هستند که هوش سیاسی یکی از آن‌ها‌ست. با استفاده از هوش سیاسی و اعمال قدرت و نفوذ می‌توان به اهداف دست یافت. ولی ازآنجاکه رفتار سیاسی اغلب توأم با هزینه است، معمولاً این‌گونه رفتارهای گزینشی است. نزدیکی به قدرت تصمیم‌گیری در ساختار‌ها‌ی دیوان‌سالار، تشکیل ائتلاف، تلاش برای اثرگذاری بر فرایند تصمیم‌سازی و حتی تصمیم‌گیری و... بیانگر رفتار سیاسی است. افراد با گسترش روابطشان با دیگر اعضای جامعه هوش سیاسی و سایر مهارت‌ها‌ی اجتماعی خود را افزایش می‌دهند. اما با توجه به اهمیت هوش سیاسی، در متون علمی کمتر بدان توجه شده است. در این مقاله ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ها‌ی هوش سیاسی تحلیل و سپس، مدل جدیدی از ابعاد هوش سیاسی ارائه شده است.

Using political intelligence and exert power and influence can be achieved goals. But since the political behavior often associated with these behaviors cost usually is selective. Close to the decision of the bureaucratic structure, alliances, trying to influence decision-making and decision-making and ... Expression of political behavior. People develop relationships with other members of the intelligence community, political and other social skills increase. However, given the importance of political intelligence has been less attention in the literature. In this paper we examine the political intelligence analysis, and then a new model of political intelligence is presented.
