چکیده

موضوع این مقاله، «بررسی رابطۀ مشارکت سیاسی و سلسله‌مراتب نیازها، مطالعۀ موردی: کارکنان دانشگاه یزد» و سؤال اصلی آن عبارت است از: «چیستی رابطۀ میان مشارکت سیاسی و نظریة سلسله‌مراتب نیازهای مازلو» با توجه به موضوع و سؤال مقاله، این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از حیث گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است که با روش پیمایشی انجام گرفته و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌صورت پرسش‌نامه‌ای است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، اعضای هیئت علمی و کارکنان دانشگاه یزد و حجم نمونه 266 نفر از آن‌هاست که از طریق فرمول کوکران و با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی به دست آمده است. از یک سو، پرسش‌نامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته 15مؤلفه‌ای در قالب سؤالات بسته برای بررسی سطوح مختلف مشارکت سیاسی تهیه شده و از طرف دیگر، پرسش‌نامه‌ای برای سنجش سلسله‌مراتب نیازها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته که حاوی 50 سؤال مبتنی بر «بلی» و «خیر» است. پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل وردایی (واریانس) یک‌طرفه و آزمون تی، تلاش شده است تا رابطۀ بین مشارکت سیاسی و سلسله‌مراتب نیازهای مازلو ارزیابی گردیده و همچنین، ارتباط بین مشارکت سیاسی و سلسله‌مراتب نیازهای مازلو با میزان تحصیلات، جنسیت و شغل افراد نیز بررسی شود. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که درمجموع، هرچه میزان مشارکت سیاسی و سطح فعالیت سیاسی افراد بالاتر باشد، میزان ارضای نیازها نیز بهتر است و افراد دست‌کم در نیازهای اولیه عملکرد بسیار بهتری داشته‌اند. همچنین، بین جنسیت، شغل و میزان تحصیلات با سلسله‌مراتب نیازهای مازلو و میزان مشارکت سیاسی افراد نیز رابطه وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The subject of this article is "the study of relation between political participation and needs theory: case study, Yazd university staff" and essential question is: "what is the relation between political participation and Maslow's hierarchy of needs?" Considering those subject and question, This research In terms of target is Applied and In terms of data collection is a descriptive - analytical study carried out using a questionnaire to collect data. Statistical community, Yazd University Faculty and staff and sample size 266 adherents that through stratified random sampling method and the Cochrane formula is obtained. first was prepared a researcher-made questionnaire to evaluate the different levels of political participation. on the other a questionnaire used to measure hierarchy of needs. After data collected, by using one-way ANOVA test (Anova) and t-test, attempt to assess the relationship between political participation and Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Also we have tried to find relation between political participation and the level of Maslow's hierarchy of needs with education, gender, and occupation. Our findings illustrate that whatever the political activity of individuals is higher, satisfaction of needs is better too, and people have better performance in basic needs. Also there is relation between gender, occupation and education with political participation and Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
