چکیده


موضوع عدالت از دیرباز مورد توجه جوامع و اندیشمندان مختلف مکاتب بشری و الهی بوده است. در اسلام مباحث مربوط به عدالت در بین متکلمان از فرق مختلف از بحث عدالت الهی آغاز شد و به‌تدریج دامنۀ آن گسترش پیدا کرد و به مباحث عدالت اجتماعی و سیاسی رسید. این مقاله ضمن بررسی ابعاد مختلف عدلت اجتماعی و سیاسی در اسلام سعی دارد این مفهوم را در سه رویکرد فقهی، فلسفی و جامعه‌شناختی در بین اندیشمندان مسلمان معاصر دنبال کند. در این رابطه دیدگاه سه تن از متفکران که در آثار خود به این مفهوم توجه داشته‌اند، حائز‌ اهمیت است. به همین ‌منظور، آرای علامه میرزا حسین نایینی از منظر فقهی، آیت‌الله مرتضی مطهری از منظر فلسفی و دکتر علی شریعتی از منظر جامعه‌شناختی بررسی خواهد شد. آنچه در این بررسی درخور توجه می‌نماید، تلاش برای یافتن محورهایی در بحث عدالت است که امکان بررسی تطبیقی آن را به خواننده بدهد. برای این منظور مبادی فلسفی، اجتماعی و جامعه‌شناختی عدالت مورد تأکید قرار گرفته و چهره‌های مختلف عدالت (عدالت سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فلسفی) به تناسب شناسایی و معرفی شده‌اند.

Political and Social Justice; Three Approaches:

The Thoughts of Naeeni, Motahhari and Shariati

Justice is an important subject that most of political and social philosophers have paid attention to. Because of this we have so many ideas about "What is Justice?" in Islamic discourse. Justice has a strong relation with Allah; and the term "Allah΄s- justice" (Edallate Elahi) is the main source for the explanation of Islamic Justice.

In this article, three different aspects of justice in Islamic discourse have been distinguished and criticized by the author. These are:

First, Islamic Jurisprudence by analysing the thought of Mirza Hosein Naeeni.

Second, Islamic Philosophy by analysing the thought of Morteza Motahhari.

Third, Sociological Analysis, by explanining the thought of Ali Shariati.

The author did his best to show that the meaning and the way of practicing justice in these three aspects are different; of course we could find a common era because of the ideological identity of justice in Islam. The remarkable point here is an attempt to locate some issues in justice that could offer a chance to the reader for comparative analysis. To this end, the philosophical, social and sociological bases of justice have been emphasized and different manifestations of it (political, social, economic and philosophical justice) have been recognized and introduced.
